During the first part of our session, we create a confidential container in which we have an in depth discussion about your energetic needs.

After this phase, we begin the Reiki and Crystal Healing. This is done with you lying on a massage table fully clothed. Maryl starts, by placing crystals directly on your body or in your immediate vicinity. Each crystal is carefully selected according to its energetic properties and how it interacts with your own energy field.

After the crystals are laid out, Maryl then delivers Reiki Energy by placing her hands on and/or near your body. The crystals and Reiki complement each other in a wonderful and dynamic way to help promote balance, well-being, and relaxation.

To further enhance this work, Maryl often incorporates the use of AROMA REIKI into her sessions, or she may use other techniques. 

Finally, to continue this work on your own, Maryl will send you home with either a small crystal or essential oil sample specific to your needs.

Maryl works intuitively, and each session is different - although all are filled with light and love.
